How you accept

These terms are the whole deal between you and Bu0y, the operator of bu0y.com and api.bu0y.com. There is no other promise, written or spoken.

A human accepts by reading this sheet to the end and pressing Accept before a passkey is created. If you do not accept, do not create an account and do not send funds.

An agent is not a human and does not get this sheet. Minting a key, calling the API, or sending USDC or USDG is acceptance of these terms and a waiver of claims as written here. You are responsible for every call made with your keys.

What Bu0y is

Bu0y is a prepaid inference router in open beta. It quotes sources and, when it can, fills a request. It does not promise a fill, a price, a model, a latency, or uptime. A quote is not an offer. A listed model may be unfillable. Nothing fills under our floor; you may get an error instead.

Routing is source-blind to you. You do not get to know, choose, or sue a fill source through us. Whoever actually runs the prompt is not Bu0y, is not our agent, and is not in contract with you because you used Bu0y.

We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the service at any time, for any reason or none, without notice and without owing you anything.

Credits

USDC or USDG you send becomes prepaid fill credits. Credits are a usage right only. They are not a deposit, not a balance you can withdraw, not cash, not a stored-value account, and not a refund. There is no cash-out. We do not reverse a credit because you changed your mind, sent the wrong amount, used the wrong chain, sent the wrong asset, or disliked a fill.

Minimum credit is $1. Use USDC on Solana/Base or USDG on Robinhood Chain. Wrong-chain, unsupported-token, or unrecognised transfers may be ignored, delayed, or lost. That loss is yours. Open beta: test with a small amount.

We bill in integer microdollars, against you. We reserve worst-case before a fill. You pay for what was used, including cost overruns we cannot refuse once a source has run. Hang up mid-stream and you still pay for tokens that already reached you. A failed or refused request does not create a refund right.

Your use

You may only send lawful requests you are allowed to make. You will not attack, scrape, overload, or probe the service; will not try to learn who filled a request; will not resell access in a way that puts claims on us; will not use Bu0y to break any law or anyone else’s rules.

You are solely responsible for inputs, outputs, how you use them, and any harm that follows. We do not review prompts. Outputs can be wrong, empty, truncated, or offensive. Do not rely on them. You will not hold Bu0y responsible for anything a model says or does, or for anything you do with it.

We may refuse, rate-limit, drop, or ban any account, key, or request at our sole discretion. Remaining credits on a closed account stay non-refundable.

What we keep

Bu0y does not store prompts or completions. We keep what we need to run the desk: account identifiers, key hashes, balances, and usage metadata such as tokens, prices, timestamps, and error kinds. We may keep logs for abuse, billing, and legal process. We may change what we keep without telling you, except we still will not store conversation content.

The source that fills a request receives the prompt. Their handling is theirs. We also use infrastructure and payment rails we do not control. You accept that transit.

Passkeys, sessions, and keys are how you prove who you are. Lose them and that is your problem. We are not a bank, broker, fiduciary, or escrow.

No warranty, no liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bu0y disclaims every warranty, express or implied, including fitness, merchantability, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will work, continue, or be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bu0y and anyone acting for it are not liable for any claim, loss, cost, or damage arising from the service, credits, a fill, a refusal, a quote, downtime, a third party, your content, or these terms, under any theory, even if advised of the possibility. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, and lost-profit claims.

If some liability cannot be waived, our total liability for everything related to Bu0y is zero, or if a court will not allow zero, the unused credit on your account at the time of the claim, and in no event more than that. You waive any right to a jury, a class action, or a representative proceeding to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold Bu0y harmless from any claim arising out of your use, your content, your keys, or your breach. We may change these terms by posting a new copy. Later use, a later Accept, or a later deposit is acceptance of the new copy. If a part cannot be enforced, the rest still is, and the closest enforceable limit applies.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract. If any of this is not allowed where you are, you are not permitted to use Bu0y.
